Opname

HPP

Komplimen
Free items for invited guests or KOLs (vouchers on the Komplimen page), also a stock usage type next to waste, reject and staff meal. Guide: Record Stock: goods received & waste
Void
Cancelling an item or an open bill; saved items can only be cancelled with an approver's approval or manager PIN. Guide: Void, Refund & Approvals Guide
Refund
A return on an already paid order: requested in Transaksi, approved in Permintaan Refund; a Paket line is returned whole. Guide: Refunds on paid orders
Shift

PAX
Number of guests; on a per-person package, price and choices are multiplied by Tamu (PAX). Guide: Selling a package at the POS
Station / Stasiun

KDS
