Full cashier guide: Cashier Guide (POS); this page covers packages only.
Recognising a package
A package card carries a PAKET label and sits in its own category tab (in the example: Paket) as well as in Semua (All). A package outside its schedule shows grey with the label Di luar jam jual (Outside sell hours; Habis, sold out, is kept for stock or quota); the forbidden-circle toggle in the card corner is hidden, and the card cannot be tapped.
Steps
- Tap the package card.
- Fixed package (fixed items only): goes straight into the cart.
- Package with choices: a dialog opens. Each slot shows its name, its rule (Pick 1, or Optional) and its options. A category slot groups options by category. An option with a surcharge shows "+Rp 5,000" on its card; a sold-out option is labelled Sold out.
- Tap the guest's choices. A completed slot gets a tick and the top reads "2/2 chosen". For slots that allow more than one pick the counter "Pick 3 · 3/3" follows.
- While the choices are incomplete the bottom button is disabled and says why, e.g. "Pick 1 more for Main Course" or "Remove 1 from Drink". The package total includes surcharges.
- Tap Add package · {price}. The cart shows one package line with its contents underneath (the ↳ marker), each with "+Rp" when there is a surcharge.
Rp 55.000 / porsi
Per-person (PAX) packages
The top of the dialog has Guests (PAX) with Fewer guests and More guests buttons, and reads "{price} per person". Changing the guest count multiplies the price and the pick counts: for 3 guests each slot becomes "Pick 3" and the total follows, e.g. 3 x Rp 99,000 = Rp 297,000. The package bonus shows in the Included block.
Add-ons (modifiers) on the contents
If a picked product has add-on groups, its selected card gets a pencil button Edit add-ons for {name}. Tap it to open Add-ons · {name}:
- Which portion (Portion 1, Portion 2,...) when the option was picked more than once, so each portion can differ.
- The add-on groups; required ones are marked Required. While a required one is empty the package cannot be added: "Finish the add-ons for {name}".
- A Note per portion (e.g. "no chili"). Tap Done. Paid add-ons raise the price of that content line. The same option with different add-ons or notes becomes separate lines; identical ones merge.
When it is refused
If a package is refused at payment a red message shows, nothing has been charged and the cart stays intact. What each message means is in Limits and refusal messages.
