Customers & loyalty
Know every regularby name.
Every guest a sale or a booking recognises lands in one list. Members collect points on each visit, with a QR card that lives on their phone.
Try it
Ring up a sale. Watch the card fill.
Each sale adds points to the member’s card the moment it is paid. Spend enough and the tier moves up on its own, with more points per rupiah from then on.
Guest book
One record for every guest.
Phone number in, history out. A guest’s record shows their visits, total spent, time at the table and every receipt, with notes the floor should know, like an allergy or a favourite seat. Link a past sale that was rung up without a name, and call or WhatsApp from the record.
Member QR card
A member card in every pocket.
Each member gets a card link to open on their phone, with their tier, points and receipts. Send it on WhatsApp, or print the QR on a card. Staff scan it at the till and the member is on the bill, ready to earn or redeem, at any outlet.
Campaigns
Bring them back on WhatsApp.
Pick an audience by segment, group or tag, write one message with their first name in it, then send it from your own WhatsApp, one tap per guest. Sansflow sends nothing on your behalf. For email, download the list as a CSV.
How bookings fill the guest bookReviews
Hear it before the internet does.
Guests rate their visit from your review link or a feedback QR: stars, what it was about, a photo if they like, their name only if they want. You see the average and the spread, mark each one reviewed or resolved, and turn a complaint into a ticket.
Loyalty in four steps
- 01
Set the point rules
How much spend earns 1 point, what a point is worth off the bill, and the minimum to redeem.
- 02
Add your tiers
Name them, upload a card design and set the multiplier. Staff place members, or spending moves them.
- 03
Hand out the card
Enrol a guest from their record or have every guest with a phone number join on their own. Share the card link or print the QR.
- 04
Scan at the till
Scan the card, the sale earns points as it is paid, and the guest can redeem them on the next bill.
Everything that comes with it
The small things that keep a guest list useful.
Referral codes
Make a regular a referrer. Their code earns them cashback on every bill it is used on, spendable at the till.
Groups and tags
Build groups by hand, like office regulars, and tag guests. Use either as a campaign audience.
Points for bookings
Give points for every reservation that shows up, on top of what the bill earns.
Refunds reverse points
A refunded sale takes its points back, and points used on it come back to the guest.
Cards for a print shop
Export members’ QR codes as a ZIP with a list, ready to send to your printer.
Your list, your file
Export names and phone numbers only, or every detail with points and visits, as a CSV.

No. The member card is a link that opens in any phone browser. Send it on WhatsApp or print the QR on a card; staff scan it at the till to put the member on the bill.
You set how much spend earns 1 point (counted on the total paid, rounded down), what 1 point is worth off a bill and the minimum to redeem. Guests redeem at the cashier or the kiosk, at any of your outlets. A refund takes its points back.
A tier multiplies the points a member earns, from 1× up to 10×, and can carry its own card design. Staff can set a member’s tier, or spending moves members up and down, counted over all time or the last 12 months.
No. A campaign writes the message for each guest and opens your own WhatsApp one guest at a time. Email campaigns are a CSV download for the mail tool you already use. Sansflow sends nothing on your behalf.
From the review link or the feedback QR on your public page. They give stars, pick what it was about and can add a photo, with or without their name. Every review lands in Reviews & Feedback, where you mark it reviewed or resolved or turn it into a ticket.
