Customer display

Let the guest
see the bill.

A second screen faces the guest: the order as it is rung up, the total, and a quick rating. Between orders, it shows your own promos.

An illustration of the customer display beside the till: the order being rung up, the total, and a five-face rating.

The screen your guests read.

The customer display is a second window of the till, turned to face the counter. As the cashier adds items, the guest sees each one with its quantity, options and price, and the total updates on the spot.

After payment it confirms the sale with the payment method and any change due, then asks for a quick rating. When no order is open, it plays your promo images and videos, or simply shows your name, logo and the time.

Every rating is saved with its order, so you see how the visit felt, not just what sold.

Up and running in four steps.

  1. 01

    Open it from the till

With a shift open, tap Customer display at the top of the till and open it in a new window.

  2. 02

    Turn it to the guest

Drag the window to a second monitor that faces the counter and start it in full screen.

  3. 03

    Ring up as usual

Every item, discount and the total appear on the guest screen as you add them. No extra taps.

  4. 04

    Payment, then a rating

The guest sees the payment go through, then rates the visit with one tap. The screen returns to your promos on its own.

What’s on the screen.

Everything is set in Settings, under Customer display. Changes reach a screen that is already open straight away.

The order, line by line

Item names, options, quantities and line prices, with the bill name and order type on top.

A total they can read

Subtotal, any discount and a large total in blue, updated as each item goes in.

Payment confirmed

After checkout: every item, the payment method, the change due and your receipt footer, for a few seconds.

A quick rating

Five faces from very bad to very good, plus your own question and quick-answer chips. Guests can skip it, and it skips itself after a time you set.

Your promos when idle

Promo images and muted YouTube videos on a loop, with your tagline. No media yet? It shows your name, logo and the time.

Ratings you can read

Average rating, response rate, the spread from one to five and the top answers, in Transactions under Feedback.

Which plans include it.

The customer display comes with Pro, Business and Enterprise, together with QR self-order, the kiosk and the status board. Free and Micro don’t include it. Every new business can try it free for 30 days with Pro.

Which plan do I need?

Pro or higher. Free and Micro don’t include the customer display. Every new business can try it free for 30 days with Pro.

What do I need to run it?

The device you run the till on, plus a second monitor that faces the guest. The display opens as a second window of the same browser and follows the till from there.

What does the guest see between orders?

Your promo images and YouTube videos on a loop, with your tagline. You choose how long each slide stays. With no media added, it shows your name, logo and the time.

Can I turn the rating off?

Yes. Switch off the feedback survey in the customer display settings, and after payment the screen goes straight back to your promos.

Where do the ratings go?

Into Transactions, under Feedback: average rating, response rate, the spread from one to five and the most chosen answers, filtered by date. The owner dashboard also counts this week’s and this month’s responses.

Can a guest close the screen?

Not easily. It runs in full screen with the cursor hidden, and leaving it asks for a 4-digit exit PIN that you set in the settings.
