Sansflow POS is a point of sale (POS) app for cafés, restaurants, warungs, bakeries, bars and shops in Indonesia. It brings the till, the kitchen display, stock and staff into one cloud system. It runs in the browser on tablets, phones and laptops, has an Android app that syncs devices over local Wi-Fi, keeps taking orders when the internet drops, and works in Bahasa Indonesia and English. Pricing is per outlet per month, starting with a free plan, with no fee per transaction. Sansflow is based in Jambi, Indonesia.

Why Sansflow exists.

Sansflow is made to help small businesses grow. A warung or a new café should be able to run on the same kind of system as a busy restaurant, without paying for it before it can afford to.

That is why the Free plan is meant to be enough to run a real shop. The paid plans cover what it costs to keep it free. There is no fee on every sale, and no catch at the end of a trial.

Sansflow is an independent project and is not a registered company yet. When it becomes one, the company will be named on our privacy policy and terms.

What it does.

Till

Take orders, keep a table’s bill open, and settle by cash, QRIS, card, bank transfer or pay later.

Kitchen and bar

Orders reach the kitchen display and the barista station the moment the till sends them.

Stock

Link items to recipes and every sale deducts the ingredients it used.

Staff

Twelve built-in roles, 44 permissions, shifts, cash counts and attendance.

Reports

Sales by day and hour, best sellers and how guests pay.

Printing

Receipts on 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printers from Android devices and computers.
