Sansflow prints to 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printers, the small receipt printers most shops already use. No cables, no drivers. Apple’s browsers don’t support Bluetooth printing, so print from an Android device or a computer on the same account.

Do I need to buy special hardware?

No. Sansflow POS runs in the browser on the tablets, phones and laptops you already have. The only extra is a 58 mm Bluetooth thermal printer if you want printed receipts.

Which Android version do I need?

In the browser, any Android device with an up-to-date Chrome. The Android app needs Android 7.0 (API 24) or newer and is a 7.6 MB download.

Browser or Android app: which should I use?

Both use the same account and data, and you can mix them. The Android app adds direct sync over local Wi-Fi between tills, kitchen screens and phones. The browser works everywhere, including iPad, iPhone and computers.

Can I print receipts from an iPad or iPhone?

Not yet. Apple’s browsers don’t support Bluetooth printing. Keep the iPad as the till or kitchen screen and print from an Android device or a computer on the same account.

Which printers work?

58 mm Bluetooth thermal receipt printers, from Chrome or Edge on Android, Windows and Mac. Connect one in Settings, under Printer Settings, and tap Test Print.

What happens when the internet drops?

Orders and open bills keep being saved on the device and sync when the connection returns. With the Android app, devices on the same Wi-Fi keep passing orders to each other directly. Payments are confirmed online.

How many screens can I connect?

Screens, printers and staff are unlimited on every paid plan, at no charge. The kitchen display comes with Pro and up.
