The till is where every order starts. Tap the menu, pick dine-in, takeaway or online, and the order is on the screen with its total, fees included.
A table that keeps ordering doesn’t need a new bill each time. Save it under the table’s name, load it again when the next round comes, and close it when the guests are ready to pay.
It runs in the browser on the tablets, phones and laptops you already have. When the internet drops, open bills keep saving on the device and sync the moment you are back online.

Browse by category, search by name, or arrange your own Favourites grid, with the colour and label on each tile.
Sizes, add-ons and notes
Variants and required or optional add-ons adjust the price as you pick them. Add a note to any item, or type the price for items without a fixed one.
Open bills
Save a bill under a table or a guest’s name and add to it all evening. While one device has a bill open, it shows as in use everywhere else.
Every way to pay
Cash with suggested amounts and the change, QRIS, card or transfer. Pay later turns the sale into an invoice with a due date for a registered customer.
Order types and fees
Dine-in, takeaway and online, or set up your own. Each order type can carry its own fee, fixed or as a percentage.
Discounts with a say-so
Apply a promotion or a manual discount at the till. Discounts need permission, and removing an item from a saved bill asks for a reason.

What happens if the internet drops?
The till keeps your menu on the device and your staff can keep saving open bills. They sync the moment you are back online. Taking payment needs a connection, so every payment is confirmed online.
Which payments can I take?
Cash, QRIS, card or bank transfer, and pay later for regulars and invoices. Each order records how it was paid, so the end-of-day report matches the drawer.
Can I split a bill between guests?
Not yet. Split bill is coming soon on the Business plan, together with EDC.
Which printers does it work with?
58 mm Bluetooth thermal receipt printers, from Chrome or Edge on Android, Windows and Mac. Apple’s browsers can’t talk to Bluetooth printers yet, so print from an Android device or a computer on the same account.
Which devices can run the till?
Any modern browser on an Android tablet or phone, an iPad, an iPhone or a laptop. There is also an Android app in beta, from sansflow.com/downloads.
Can every cashier give discounts?
Only if you let them. Discounts need permission, refunds need a manager to approve, and an audit log shows who did what.
