Stock count
A stock count (opname) matches the numbers in the app to what is on the shelf. Three routes, all ending in the Riwayat (History) tab: (1) the quick Hitung stok sheet for ingredients, opened from Catat Stok (works well on a phone); (2) Hitung Stok (Opname), a four-step guided flow (Yang dihitung · Tim & tanggal · Hitung · Selesai) for products per stock team or ingredients per date; (3) Riwayat → Rekonsiliasi ("Cek stok"), where the daily variance is compared, confirmed and the day locked. A variance is recorded as an Penyesuaian (adjustment) in the stock card under the counter's name.
