TodayYour booking link
A booking page that is already yours.
Turn it on and you get pos.sansflow.com/your-name/book. Share it on Instagram, WhatsApp or Google Maps. Guests choose the outlet, the date, the party size, a time and, if you let them, the table. They get a status page to keep, and you set the days, the hours and how far ahead they can book.
Deposits & pre-orders
Money in before the table is set.
Ask for a deposit and guests transfer it, then upload the proof. Let them pre-order and they pick dishes from your menu and pay in full ahead. You confirm the money arrived; the deposit counts as sales on the day they eat, and the items go to the kitchen when you send them.
Requests
You confirm. They see it.
Online bookings arrive as requests, with the payment proof beside them. Confirm one and the guest’s status page says Confirmed, with a booking code to show at the door. Guests who left an email get one reminder shortly before they are due.
Guests
Remember who is coming back.
Every booking writes to the guest book. Staff see a returning guest’s visits and no-shows before they arrive, with notes like an allergy or a birthday. With loyalty on, a booking that shows up can earn points too.

No. They open your link, pos.sansflow.com/your-name/book, pick a date, a time and the party size, and leave a name and phone number. They get a status link to keep and can send it to themselves on WhatsApp.
From your floor plan. A time is only full when every bookable table that fits the party is taken. You can also cap how many bookings start at the same time, and set the minimum notice and how far ahead guests can book.
Yes. Set an amount and guests transfer it, then upload the receipt. The table is held for the time you choose while you wait for payment. Deposits are taken by bank transfer or QRIS, never as cash at the till.
Yes, with pre-order on. Guests choose “Reserve and pre-order”, pick dishes from your menu and pay in full by transfer. The service charge and tax are worked out on the bill when it is paid.
Not today. A booking in Sansflow holds a table for a party of guests. Booking a named staff member, a chair or a room, classes and repeating appointments are not part of it.
Staff seat the booking on its table and the bill opens there. When the bill is paid, the booking completes on its own and counts as a visit in the guest book. A guest who never comes can be marked no-show.
