Stock transfers & History

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Transfers between locations

1. Open Catat Stok → Pindah antar lokasi. Available only when the business has the multi-location feature or more than one location; otherwise you are sent back home.
2. The list shows Tanggal, Dari → Ke, Item, Status, Dibuat oleh, with filters Semua status, Draf, Dalam perjalanan (in transit), Diterima, Dibatalkan.
3. Transfer Baru: pick Dari and Ke, a Catatan, add Item lines (product or ingredient, or scan) with quantities, press Buat transfer; it starts as Draf.
4. Kirim on a draft row: stock leaves the source location. If the source is short, Tetap kirim? explains the gap; ship only if the goods really exist, then recount. Drafts can be cancelled (Batalkan transfer).
5. At the destination press Terima on the Dalam perjalanan row: stock is added there. Anything not received is booked as shrinkage at the source.

History tab (Riwayat & Audit Stok)

Kartu Stok (stock card): every movement, filterable by item, type, date range and location, with a running Saldo. Stok per Tanggal: stock level and inventory value on a chosen date, products or ingredients, with Ekspor CSV. Rekonsiliasi: matching physical stock to the system, see the stock count guide.
