Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Steps

1. Open Gudang & Bahan (menu group Menu & Stok), tab Bahan. The table shows Bahan, Stok, Status, Harga beli (purchase price) and Dipakai di (recipe count). Above it: Cari bahan… search and quick filters Semua, Belum dihitung, Menipis, Belum dipakai resep, Belum ada harga, plus Filter (category).
2. Press Tambah bahan. The short form asks for Nama bahan (name as on the receipt); Diukur dalam (measured in: weight, volume or count; locked once the ingredient has history); Dibeli per (purchase unit, or Satuan lain… with "1 sack contains how many g?"); Harga beli (may be empty, but cost per portion cannot be computed without it); Stok saat ini and Ingatkan saat sisa (low-stock reminder); Kategori.
3. Tap the pencil on a row for Ubah bahan. Pengaturan lengkap opens every option: kind (Dibeli bought or Dibuat sendiri made in-house), Hanya referensi, base unit, Potong stok otomatis saat terjual (auto-deduct), expiry date and batch tracking, allergens. Stock is not edited here; use Hitung stok or Barang masuk so it lands in the history.
4. Lainnya (three dots) holds Impor dari file (import) and Kelola kategori; Ekspor downloads the list; Cetak label prints barcode/QR stickers (see section 5 of user-guides).
5. Arsipkan (archive) lives in the edit form; if a recipe still uses the ingredient the app names the affected products first.

Status meanings

Belum dihitung: never counted or received, number not trustworthy yet, so count it. Habis: counted before and now zero, so receive stock. Menipis: below the reminder level. Belum ada harga: no price, so no cost per portion.
