Recipes first

Manufacturing only offers products that have a recipe. Build one in Gudang & Bahan → Resep (see recipes and HPP). The recipe gives the ingredients per product unit; a manufacturing order copies and scales it: ingredient amount = recipe quantity × planned quantity ÷ recipe yield. With no recipe, Order baru says no product has a recipe yet.

Steps

Open Order produksi → Pengaturan (or the Pengaturan produksi menu). This page needs manage permission.

1. Per product (top table): fill Hari istirahat (rest days before a lot may be sold, for example 5 for coffee), Toleransi rendemen (%) (yield tolerance, default 5) and Susut yang diharapkan (%) (expected loss, default 0), then Simpan on that row (one product per tap). Yield = finished quantity ÷ total input and only means something when output and input share a unit; otherwise raise the tolerance.
2. Alur tahap produksi (stage flow): choose Berlaku untuk (Semua produk (alur utama) or one product). Pakai preset roastery fills nine stages: Terima biji hijau (receive green), Sortir / bersihkan (sort), Sangrai (roast), Istirahat / degas (rest), Cup test (QC), Giling (grind, optional), Kemas (pack), Label, Simpan (store). Each stage has a name (80 characters at most), a type (Tahap biasa, Sangrai (profil), Kemas), switches Wajib (required) and Catat berat (record weight), and move up, down and delete buttons. Tambah tahap adds a row (30 at most). The preset only fills the editor: nothing is saved before Simpan. For one product there is Salin alur utama (copy the default flow). Clearing all rows then Hapus alur ini removes that flow.
3. Biaya overhead: enter Overhead per kg (rupiah per kg of finished output), Simpan. It is added to every order's cost when the order completes; the rate in force is stored with the order, so changing it later does not rewrite finished orders. 0 means no overhead.
4. Biji hijau (green coffee): Peringatan umur lot (bulan) (lot age warning, 1 to 120, default 12), switch Tampilkan peringatan stok rendah, and switch Baris asal di label 70x50 (hanya single origin). Simpan.
5. Isi label lot (label content): Ukuran label (50 x 30 mm or 70 x 50 mm), Nama usaha (legal name), Telepon, Alamat, No. BPOM, No. PIRT, No. Halal, Berat bersih (net weight), Baik digunakan (hari) (best before: made on + days; empty = not printed), Cara penyimpanan (storage), Footer. The Pratinjau below uses the same label component as the print. Simpan. Name, address, phone, storage and footer only fit on 70 x 50; BPOM, PIRT, Halal, net weight and best-before print on both sizes.
