Cupping, compare roasts, trace

Cupping

1. Open an order that is Dikonfirmasi, Diproses or Selesai (manage permission). Tap Catat cupping under the summary tiles, or on the "Cup test" stage (the button shows while that stage is Berjalan or Selesai; a cupping from the stage records the stage).
2. The Cupping sheet shows an automatic Total and ten SCA-style attributes: Aroma kering (fragrance), Rasa (flavor), Aftertaste, Keasaman (acidity), Body, Balance, Uniformity, Clean cup, Kemanisan (sweetness), Overall. Each runs 6 to 10 in steps of 0.25, starting at 8; use the slider or the − and + buttons.
3. Cacat (poin dikurangkan) (defects, 0 to 10) is taken off the attribute sum. Total = attribute sum − defects, kept between 0 and 100.
4. Hasil QC: Lulus (pass) or Tidak lulus (fail). If not picked, a total of 80 or more counts as pass and below as fail. Add Catatan rasa (tasting notes) if needed, then Simpan cupping ("Cupping tersimpan.").
5. A total below 80 shows "Total di bawah 80. Ini hanya pengingat; cupping tetap bisa disimpan." (only a reminder). The score shows as a Cupping {score} badge (with "di bawah 80" when low) in the order header, in Lacak lot, and as a Cupping list on a finished order (date, stage, Lulus / Tidak lulus, notes).

Compare roasts

Tap Bandingkan sangrai on the order list (pick a product) or on a finished order that has a roast stage. Pick two or three finished roast stages of the same product (checkboxes; letters A, B, C). The Ukuran table compares Suhu masuk (C), Suhu keluar (C), Durasi (menit), Development (%), First crack (menit), Susut berat (%), Tingkat sangrai and Skor cupping when present, marking the lowest and highest. A stage without roast data is marked "Tanpa data sangrai"; "Pilih minimal dua untuk membandingkan." shows while only one is picked.

Trace a lot (back and forward)

1. Open Lacak lot (menu, the button on the order list, or Lacak lot in Lot jadi). Fill Kode lot (type it or scan the label QR) and tap Lacak. The search runs when you tap, not while typing.
2. A found lot shows: product, made-on date, quantity, Siap dijual, the order number link, rest badge and cupping score; Tahap produksi with weights in, out and yield; Profil sangrai; Kemasan dari lot ini; Cupping.
3. Berasal dari (came from, backward): each ingredient with its Lot masuk and quantity; if lot details were filled, origin, region, process, crop year and moisture show too. With no lot chosen it says "Tanpa lot".
4. Terjual ke (went to, forward): sale number, date, quantity. Because finished stock is not tracked per lot, the app says "Stok barang jadi belum dilacak per lot, jadi daftar ini memuat semua penjualan produk ini sejak lot selesai hingga lot berikutnya." (every sale of the product from this lot until the next one). Treat it as an estimate, not an exact buyer list.
5. A code that is not a finished lot: "Tidak ada lot hasil produksi dengan kode ini." If it is an ingredient lot, the app shows "Lot bahan ini dipakai di" with the orders that used it (backward from ingredient to order).
