Orders: list, new order, reservations

The order list

The Order produksi menu, the Biji hijau card (only when there is an alert), the Dibutuhkan untuk pesanan penjualan terbuka (needed for open sales orders) card, the status filter (Semua, Draf, Dikonfirmasi, Diproses, Selesai, Dibatalkan) and the order table: No. order, Produk, Jumlah (aktual / rencana), Status, Siap dijual. On phones and small tablets the table becomes cards. Finished lots show Istirahat sampai {date} (orange, resting) or Siap {date} (green, ready). An order whose yield is outside tolerance gets the Hasil di luar batas tag and a yellow banner above the table. The header buttons: Order baru (primary), Lacak lot, Bandingkan sangrai, Pengaturan (manage only). Tap a row to open the order.

Creating an order

1. Tap Order baru. The Order produksi baru dialog asks for Produk jadi (only products with a recipe), Jumlah rencana, and optionally Tanggal rencana and Catatan. As soon as product and quantity are filled, ingredients that may fall short show as a warning (below).
2. Tap Buat order. The server builds the ingredient list from the recipe and copies the stage flow (the product's own flow if it has one, otherwise the default flow). You land on the order page in status Draf. A double tap does not create two orders (one request id per attempt).

From sales demand

The Dibutuhkan untuk pesanan penjualan terbuka card counts undelivered sales orders less finished stock. Each row reads "Dipesan {n} · Stok {n} · Kurang {n}" (ordered, in stock, short). Tap Buat order on the row: the form opens with the product and the missing quantity filled in (rounded up). The button only shows with manage permission and when the product has a recipe. When everything is covered: "Semua pesanan terbuka tercukupi oleh stok."

Reservations and short-stock warnings

There is no "reserve" button. Every open order (Draf, Dikonfirmasi, Diproses) automatically holds its ingredients in the count: the actual quantity if typed, otherwise the planned quantity. What is available to another order = on hand minus what the other orders hold. When it falls short, a Stok bahan mungkin kurang box appears with lines like "{ingredient}: kurang {n} {unit} (butuh {need}, ada {have}) - {n} sudah dipakai order lain" and the note "Hanya peringatan. Anda tetap bisa memulai order." (warning only, you can still start). It appears in the Order baru form and on Draf or Dikonfirmasi orders. Ingredient stock really drops only at Selesaikan order. If stock is then lower than the actual amount, completion is refused ("Stok bahan tidak cukup untuk jumlah aktual.").

Confirm, start, cancel

The order page has one primary button per status: Konfirmasi order (from Draf), Mulai produksi (from Dikonfirmasi), Selesaikan order (from Diproses; see Stages, completing, packs, cost). Batalkan order is offered until the order is Selesai; the dialog says no stock has moved yet, so nothing needs reversing. When the order has stages, starting or finishing the first stage on a Dikonfirmasi order also moves the order to Diproses. The Aktual column can be filled only while Dikonfirmasi or Diproses; for ingredients that track expiry, Lot masuk picks the lot (default Otomatis (FEFO): earliest expiry first).
