Running the stages

After Konfirmasi order, the Tahap produksi section shows the flow (a horizontal timeline on tablet and desktop, a vertical list on phones) and the count "n / n tahap selesai - Susut kumulatif n%" (stages finished, cumulative loss). Each stage is Belum (pending), Berjalan (in progress), Selesai (done) or Dilewati (skipped).

1. Tap Mulai on the first stage (or go straight to Tandai selesai).
2. Required stages go in order: a stage behind an unfinished required stage is locked with "Setelah {stage name}". An Opsional stage (for example Giling) has Lewati (skip); a required stage cannot be skipped.
3. Tandai selesai opens the sheet "Selesaikan tahap: {name}". When the stage has Catat berat, fill Berat masuk (prefilled from the previous stage's weight out) and Berat keluar; the app shows the stage yield and loss. A Sangrai (profil) stage also has Profil sangrai: Suhu masuk (C), Suhu keluar (C), Durasi (menit), First crack (menit), Development (%), Tingkat sangrai (Light, Medium, Dark) and Catatan sangrai. All optional; weights cannot be negative and roast figures must be in range (for example percent 0 to 100). There is also Catatan tahap. Tap Tandai selesai in the sheet.
4. A finished stage card shows weight in and out, Rendemen tahap, Susut kumulatif and a roast-profile summary. A stage named "Cup test" shows Catat cupping (Cupping, compare roasts, trace).

Completing the order

1. While required stages are unfinished, Selesaikan order is pale with "Selesaikan tahap wajib dulu." (finish the required stages first). An order without stages has no such condition.
2. Fill the Hasil (outputs) section: Hasil jadi (finished quantity, required; "Isi jumlah hasil jadi dulu." if empty), Kode lot (empty = the order number), Buangan (scrap) and Produk sampingan (by-products, Tambah produk sampingan). Check each ingredient's Aktual. Simpan jumlah aktual saves; Selesaikan order also saves first.
3. Tap Selesaikan order, read "Selesaikan order ini?" (ingredients are deducted by actual amounts and the finished product is added to stock; this cannot be undone) and tap Selesaikan order again. Toast: "Order produksi selesai. Stok sudah diperbarui."
4. What happens: ingredients are deducted by actuals (FEFO or the chosen lot), finished goods and by-products enter product stock, Kode lot, Dibuat pada (today, Jakarta time) and Siap dijual (made on + Hari istirahat) are recorded, actual yield is worked out, and Hasil di luar batas shows if the gap exceeds tolerance. Yield = finished quantity ÷ total input; the Rendemen gauge compares with Target.
5. A lot still resting shows the Istirahat sampai {date} banner: selling is not blocked, it is only a reminder.

Cost and HPP

The Biaya & margin section: Bahan terpakai (ingredients consumed), Kredit produk sampingan (by-product credit, if any), Overhead (per kg), Total biaya, Biaya per satuan hasil, Biaya per gram, Harga jual produk, Margin. Before completion the figures are an estimate from the plan at current ingredient cost; the final figure appears once done. Ingredient cost uses the ingredient's moving average, or its price when there is no average yet. On completion the finished product's average cost is updated too (the product's HPP). Output is read as kg for cost per gram and overhead per kg.

Split into packs

Only on a Selesai order and with manage permission. In Lot jadi tap Bagi ke kemasan:

1. Pick Satuan hasil jadi (kg or gram); the app writes "9,8 kg = 9.800 g".
2. Per row fill Produk kemasan (another product, not the bulk product), Jumlah kemasan (whole number) and Gram per kemasan (with size suggestions). Tambah ukuran adds a row (20 at most).
3. The panel works out Hasil, Dikemas sekarang, Sudah dikemas (when earlier splits exist) and Sisa (susut / sampel) with a percent. If the total grams exceed the output, "Total gram kemasan melebihi hasil produksi." shows and the button waits.
4. Tap Catat kemasan. Bulk product stock drops, each pack product's stock rises, and cost per pack = bulk cost × pack grams ÷ grams per bulk unit. The result shows in Kemasan dari lot ini and Per kemasan (cost and margin). Splitting can be repeated until the grams run out; resending the same request does not double it.
