Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.
Lot numbers
Kode lot (lot code) is typed in the Hasil section before the order completes; when empty, the order number becomes the lot code. It is stored on the order and on each output. This is the code Lacak lot and the label QR use.
Printing a label
- Open a Selesai order, section Lot jadi, tap Cetak label. The Label lot screen shows the label enlarged and a Cetak button.
- Cetak opens the browser print dialog with the page size chosen in Isi label lot: 50 x 30 mm (default) or 70 x 50 mm. Pick the label printer in that dialog. The app does not send to a printer by itself.
- Label content: product name, Lot, Tgl sangrai (roast date, when the order has a Sangrai stage; otherwise Dibuat pada), Siap dijual, Jumlah, plus when set: Baik digunakan sebelum (best before), Berat bersih, BPOM / PIRT / Halal numbers, and on 70 x 50 also the legal name, Asal (origin; single origin only, switch in settings), storage text, address, phone and footer. The QR at the bottom right holds the lot code as text; scanning it into the Kode lot field of Lacak lot finds the lot.
Label limits
The label is a fixed-size box and extra text is cut off (the 50 x 30 box above cuts its bottom lines). The more lines you switch on, the higher the risk; check the Pratinjau in Isi label lot and print one test before printing many. On 50 x 30 the legal name takes one line and address, phone, storage and footer are not printed. Labels are printed per lot, not per pack.
Receiving green beans (incoming lots)
- Make sure the green-bean ingredient has Catat tanggal kedaluwarsa (also called Lacak Kedaluwarsa) switched on in Gudang & Bahan → edit ingredient. Without it there is no batch management and Lot masuk on the order shows "-".
- Record the delivery with Barang masuk or Terima Barang on a purchase order (stock guide). Each receipt becomes one batch (lot).
- To view or manage lots: Gudang & Bahan → tap the ingredient → Batch kedaluwarsa terdekat → Kelola. The dialog "{ingredient} - Batch" shows Batch / Lot, Lokasi, Tanggal Kedaluwarsa, Sisa, Diterima and the Tambah Batch form (Qty, Tanggal Kedaluwarsa, Batch / Lot, Biaya / Satuan).
- On a batch row tap Tambah detail (or Detail lot once filled). The Detail lot biji hijau sheet holds: Asal (negara), Wilayah, Produsen / koperasi, Varietas, Proses, Tahun panen (crop year), Ketinggian (mdpl), Kadar air (%), Densitas (g/l), Ukuran screen, Tanggal diterima, Catatan pemasok. All optional; clearing everything removes the record. Out-of-range numbers are refused. The button shows only when the module is on; without manage permission the sheet is read-only.
- On the order, Lot masuk picks the lot per ingredient; default Otomatis (FEFO). A chosen lot shows an age badge and a Detail lot button. Once done, the Biji hijau block on the order summarises origin, crop year and moisture of the lots used.
Age and low-stock alerts
Lot age is worked out from Tanggal diterima, or Tahun panen when the date is empty, and shows as Umur: n bulan (neutral until the Peringatan umur lot (bulan) limit, then a warning). The Biji hijau card on Order produksi lists ingredients below their reorder point (Stok rendah, using that ingredient's own low-stock threshold, with hari stok days of cover; "Belum ada pemakaian" when there is no history) and lots past the age limit (Umur: n bulan, tersisa). The card only appears when there is an alert. The app only shows names and numbers; it does not order anything.
