Today and check-in

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

The Today screen

Open Hari ini (/sales). The title is Kunjungan hari ini (Today's visits): "In route order. Check in when you arrive." Visits are created automatically from the route the manager sets (see Outlets, leads and the route plan). When empty: Belum ada kunjungan hari ini ("Ask your manager to put outlets on your route for today (Route plan).").

• Three figures on top: Selesai (done/planned), Ada pesanan (with order), Sisa (left).
• Each card shows name, address, tier, last order date, phone number (tap to call) and Navigasi (only when the outlet position is known).
• Information badges: "{n} days since last order" (warning past 14 days), "Never ordered", Melewati batas kredit (over credit limit), Menunggu sinkron (waiting to sync).
• Only the next stop carries the blue button; the others are grey.

The monthly target strip

When the manager has set a target for you, one line appears: Target bulan ini · actual / target revenue (percent) · finished / target visits (percent). When incentive tiers exist, a second line shows Perkiraan insentif (estimated incentive) or "Incentive starts at {pct}% of target". With no target (or on a load error) the strip does not show at all.

Check in

1. Tap Check in on the outlet card on arrival. The app reads the GPS position (when the phone allows) and works out the distance to the outlet's position.
2. A check-in without GPS is allowed: the visit just carries no coordinates.
3. An outlet with no position gets it filled in automatically by the first check-in with GPS.
4. Beyond the limit the card shows Jauh dari outlet · {distance} (Far from outlet) and Alasan check in (check-in reason). The limit is the manager's radius (see The manager side); with the radius Mati (off) it is 150 m.

The block-mode distance rule. When the manager turns on Tolak check in yang jauh (block far check-ins), a salesman outside the radius or without GPS is not checked in straight away. The sheet Anda {distance} dari outlet (or Lokasi Anda tidak terbaca) asks for an Alasan (required): then Tetap check in (check in anyway) or Batal. A manager is never refused.

Visit tasks and photos

After check-in the card shows Tugas kunjungan (when the manager made tasks). Kinds: Centang (check; saved on tap), Angka (number), Teks (text; saved when you leave the field), Foto (photo; Ambil foto opens the rear camera, then Tambah foto). Required tasks carry \*. Photos are shrunk before upload; one visit holds at most 40 photos. A photo waiting for signal shows a cloud icon and Foto menunggu sinkron.

Closing a visit

After check-in there are three choices:

• Ambil pesanan: opens the order screen for that outlet; the visit closes as Ada pesanan once the order is sent (see Taking an order).
• Tidak pesan: closes as Tidak pesan.
• Tidak bertemu: closes as Tidak bertemu.

Open required tasks hold back Ambil pesanan and Tidak pesan ("Answer the required tasks (marked *) before closing the visit."). Tidak bertemu does not wait for tasks. Once closed, the card shows the result and Di lokasi (time on site).
