Getting access to Sales

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Three conditions

Sales opens only when all three hold:

1. The address only decides which menu is shown. The address itself blocks nothing.

If the plan lacks Sales or the account has no access, the page shows Aplikasi Sales belum aktif ("This business's plan does not include Sales yet, or your account has no access. Ask the business owner.") with a Kembali ke POS button.

Step 1: switch the Sales module on (owner)

1. Open /plan (plan and billing).
2. Under Paket tambahan (add-ons) open the Tambah paket kuota list. When the add-on is offered it reads "Modul Sales (DMS)" with a monthly price (catalogue price Rp 199.000 per month; the Sales + Manufacturing bundle is Rp 299.000).
3. Pick it and tap Ajukan (request). An invoice is created and the add-on turns on once the payment is verified.

The Modul Sales add-on is active in the catalogue and shows on the Paket page for owners. Sansflow can also grant it directly to a business. If the list does not show Modul Sales, contact Sansflow.

Step 2: create the roles (owner)

1. Open Role, then Buat Role.
2. Under Role siap pakai (shown only when the module is on) tap Tambah on the card you need:
3. A role whose name already exists reads as added and is not offered again. Roles can be edited afterwards.
4. Give the role to staff from the staff page (see the staff and roles guide).

Permission map

Anyone opening the sales address at "/" is sent to /sales.

Two menus

On phones and in the page header the Sales screens are switched with a row of buttons: Hari ini, Outlet, Calon, Pesanan, Pesanan saya, Mobil, Rute, Corong, Log kunjungan, Tugas. The desktop side menu uses other names: Hari ini, Outlet, Lead, Pesanan baru, Pesanan saya, Stok mobil, Rencana kunjungan, Funnel dan KPI, Harga per tier, Tugas kunjungan, Log kunjungan. Harga per tier is only in the side menu, not in the button row.
