Taking an order

Who it is for: Owner, salesperson, sales supervisor

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Opening the order screen

Two ways: tap Ambil pesanan on a visit card (customer and visit are filled in), or open Pesanan (/sales/order, title Pesanan penjualan: "Prices follow the customer's tier and are set by the server.") and pick a customer with Cari pelanggan. A customer that came from a visit cannot be changed; without a visit the Ganti pelanggan (X) icon is available.

The cart

  1. In Tambah produk type a name in Cari produk (up to 8 results) and tap a product. Tapping again adds one.
  2. Change quantity with Kurangi / Tambah; below 1 the line disappears.
  3. The price per line is the server's tier price. When lower than the normal price, the normal price is struck through. The client never sends a price; the server works it out again when the order is created.
  4. Total at the bottom; tap Kirim pesanan (place order). The button waits until prices are calculated.
  5. Opened from a visit, the visit closes automatically as Ada pesanan and you go back to Hari ini. If the order exists but closing failed: "The order was placed, but the visit is not closed yet." with a Coba lagi button.

Tier prices are set by the manager under Harga per tier (see The manager side). Product-level prices only. An empty box means the normal price. A product with no price is refused: "A product has no price. Ask a manager to set one."

Balance and credit limit

When the customer has a balance or a credit limit, an info box reads "Outstanding {x} of limit {y}" (or "(no limit)") and the split "Invoiced {a} · not yet invoiced {b}". The balance is issued invoices plus sales orders nobody has invoiced yet.

If this order goes over the limit, a yellow box reads Pesanan ini melewati batas kredit, "Warning only; the order can still be placed." That is the default (Wajib persetujuan manajer off).

Repeat last order

Ulangi pesanan terakhir loads the items of that customer's last sales order; prices are recalculated. Inactive items are skipped ("{n} item(s) skipped because they are no longer active."). With none: "This customer has no earlier sales order." The button replaces the cart.

Suggested

Saran fills the cart with what the outlet usually buys: items that appear in at least half of its last six orders, at the median quantity. Message: "Suggested from the last {n} orders: the usual items at their typical quantity. Prices were recalculated." With too little history: "Not enough history for a suggestion".

Templates

Template opens Template pesanan ("Choosing one replaces the cart"). A template is tagged Pelanggan ini (one customer only) or Bersama (shared: every salesman, any customer). The bin icon deletes. To make one: fill the cart, tap Simpan sebagai template, enter Nama template (1 to 80 characters), choose whether it is only for this customer, Simpan. A template keeps items and quantities, no prices. At most 40 items per template and 200 templates.

Manager approval

When the manager turns on Wajib persetujuan manajer and the order goes over the limit, the Butuh persetujuan manajer box appears. Tap Minta persetujuan. While waiting: "A request for {amount} is with the manager. Place the order again once it is approved." with Cek lagi. Once approved: Disetujui manajer, "Approved until {time}. Place the order again." An approval lasts 24 hours and is used once. A pending request is never raised: a larger order needs a new request once the old one is decided. Your own request has to be decided by another manager or the owner.

Van stock during an order

With Jual dari mobil on, the order is drawn from the van when it holds enough. When not, the banner Isi mobil tidak cukup appears and the whole order is taken from the warehouse. See Van stock.

Offline

An order that cannot be sent is kept on the device: "Order saved, will send when you have signal". The visit close is queued with it. See Working offline.
