Outlets, leads and the route plan

Who it is for: Owner, salesperson, sales supervisor

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Outlets

Outlet: "Outlets on a route or converted from a lead." Search with Cari nama atau alamat; filter by Semua (all), Baru (new), Aktif (active), Tidak aktif (lapsed). Each row: name, address, last order date, tier, stage. Tap a row to open the outlet sheet.

The outlet sheet holds Alamat, Tier, Pesanan terakhir, then:

  • Posisi outlet: Lintang (latitude) and Bujur (longitude) fields (-90 to 90, -180 to 180, or leave both empty), Pakai posisi saya sekarang (needs GPS and location permission) and Navigasi. Tap Simpan posisi. When unknown: "The first check-in with GPS fills it in automatically."
  • Batas kredit (credit limit): Piutang faktur ({n}) (invoiced), Belum difaktur ({n}) (not yet invoiced), Total piutang, then Batas (Rp) (empty = Tanpa batas, no limit) and Simpan batas kredit. Over the limit: "The outstanding balance is already over the limit."
  • Pesanan belum lunas (unpaid orders) with Terima pembayaran (see My orders).
  • Ambil pesanan.

Note: the position sheet says "A check-in more than 150 m from this point is flagged. It never blocks." That is true in warn mode. When the manager turns on Tolak check in yang jauh, a far check-in is blocked until a reason is given (see Today and check-in).

Leads

Calon (/sales/leads, title Calon pelanggan) holds prospective outlets. Filter with Filter status: Semua, Baru (open), Dihubungi (contacted), Ditawari (offered), Jadi pelanggan (converted), Batal (lost).

Add a lead: tap Tambah calon, fill Nama usaha (business name, required), Nama kontak, Telepon, Alamat, Sumber, Catatan, tap Simpan. Without a name: "Enter the lead's name."

Tap a lead to open it. Change its stage with the Ubah status group. Jadikan pelanggan turns it into a customer; a lead marked Batal cannot be converted, and a converted one shows Jadi pelanggan.

The route plan (manager)

Rute / Rencana kunjungan, title Rencana rute (PJP): "Set which outlets are visited each weekday. Today's visits are created from this."

  1. Pick a Salesman, then a weekday (Sen to Min, Monday to Sunday).
  2. Add outlets with Tambah outlet (Cari pelanggan); reorder with the Naik / Turun arrows; remove with Hapus.
  3. Optimalkan urutan (optimise order; shown when the day has at least 3 outlets with a position): orders by straight-line distance between outlets, starting from the day's first outlet. Result: "New order: {after} km (was {before} km)". Terapkan (apply) saves it, Urungkan (undo) restores. Outlets without a position stay at the end. When already shortest: "This is already the shortest order we can find."
  4. Tap Simpan. Belum disimpan (unsaved changes) shows while there are edits.

The order uses straight-line distance, not road distance or traffic.
