What van stock is

Van stock is a ledger of what a salesman carries, beside the master stock (not instead of it): "the master stock drops when goods are sold". The screen is Mobil. Title: Mobil saya (my van) for a salesman, Stok mobil for a manager.

As a salesman

The screen shows Produk di mobil (products), Unit di mobil (units), Jual dari mobil (Aktif on / Mati off), the Isi mobil list (per product: on van, Dimuat loaded, Terjual sold) and a Riwayat (history) of movements (Muat load, Terjual sold, Kembali return, Hitung count). An empty van: "Your van is empty. A manager loads it from the warehouse." The list opens offline from the last copy. A salesman cannot load or change the van.

As a manager

1. The Jual dari mobil switch. On: a salesman's order is drawn from their van when it holds enough, otherwise from the warehouse with a warning. Off: orders always come from the warehouse.
2. Pick a Salesman. The Isi mobil table shows Di mobil, Dimuat, Terjual, Kembali, Selisih hitung (count difference), Stok bebas (warehouse stock not on any van).
3. Muat mobil: search a product, set a quantity per line, tap Muat. Refused when warehouse stock is short ("Not enough warehouse stock to load (some is already on other vans).").
4. Kembalikan ke gudang: goods brought back; never more than the van holds. Tap Kembalikan.
5. Hitung stok mobil: enter what is really on the van (the starting figure is the ledger), tap Simpan hitungan. Result: "Short {s} · over {o}" and "The count is recorded." Unchanged products are not counted.

When an order is sent

With Jual dari mobil on, once the order exists the app records the draw from the van. When the van is short: "Not enough on the van: this order is taken from the warehouse." and the order stands. An order queued offline is drawn from the van when it is replayed; if the van is short then, the review item reads "Not enough on the van: this order ships from the warehouse. Try again after loading the van, or discard it if it really came from the warehouse." (see Working offline).
