Where is the button

Header clock chip; the Absensi page card Absensi hari ini; in the POS the top-bar chip and Lainnya (⋯) → Absen masuk/pulang, plus a small Absen masuk juga? toast after opening a shift and Absen pulang juga? after closing one; on a shared tablet Absen dengan PIN (POS menu, KDS and Checker header, see Shared-tablet PIN clock); in the KDS header Absen masuk/pulang.

Clock in and out

Click the chip: Absen masuk sheet with a live clock, a late warning if past the grace time, and one primary button; the chip becomes Bekerja sejak …. To leave, open it again: Absen pulang, with Masuk time and Mulai istirahat. Location denied still works unless photos are mandatory.

Wrong device clock

Chip punches use the server time when the device clock is off by more than 10 minutes, and the record is marked [jam disesuaikan]. Punches made offline keep the time the button was pressed.

Breaks

Mulai istirahat → Sedang istirahat → Selesai istirahat; Absen pulang ends a running break; deducted unless Istirahat dibayar is on; breaks need internet.

Clocking without signal

Clock-in and clock-out are queued on the device (Menunggu sinyal) and sent when the connection returns. Photo punches and PIN punches need internet.

Bar and kitchen staff

KDS header Absen masuk/pulang; minimal home card Absensi hari ini and Absensi button; a shared station login uses Absen dengan PIN.

My timecard

Kartu jam saya: weekly totals, one row per day with badges ("Telat 27 mnt", "Lembur 75 mnt", "Perlu ditinjau") and Ajukan koreksi.

Forgot to clock out

Within the open-session limit the sheet asks "Jam berapa kamu pulang kemarin?" and Tutup & lanjut closes it (an earlier time means the next day). Past the limit a manager closes it with Tutup sesi. With Tutup otomatis on, the system closes it as Perlu ditinjau; hours count once a manager reviews it. Forgot completely: file Koreksi absensi.
