Schedules & time zone

Who it is for: Owner, manager, HR & Admin

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Time zone

All clock times are stored in UTC and shown in the business time zone (e.g. Asia/Jakarta). A schedule "09:00–17:00" always means local wall-clock time.

Weekly template per member and outlet

  1. Open Tim & SDM → Absensi → Jadwal: Jadwal kerja, one row per member with their role, Mon–Sun columns.
  2. Click a day cell: Hari Kerja switch, Mulai, Selesai, Cabang (outlet), Simpan, Salin ke Sen–Jum (copy to Mon–Fri).
  3. Copy a whole week to another member: ⋮ on the row → Salin minggu ke…. "Jadwal diperbarui" confirms the save.
  4. Staff see their week in Jadwal Saya on the Absensi page.

Copy last week's changes

Salin perubahan minggu lalu copies only the days that were changed last week (days off, different hours, swapped shifts); the weekly schedule stays in force.

Exceptions

⋮ → Pengecualian tanggal → Tambah pengecualian: Tanggal, Hari kerja on (custom hours) or off (day off), Mulai/Selesai, Cabang, optional Catatan, Simpan.

Night shifts

Set Selesai earlier than Mulai; the end falls on the next day. The same rule applies when a manager closes a session, when staff answer "Jam berapa kamu pulang kemarin?", and when a correction is approved: an end time earlier than the start is read as the next day, at most 24 hours after the start.

Shift swaps

No swap button yet. Create two date exceptions on the same date: person A Hari kerja off, person B Hari kerja on with A's hours, and write the reason in Catatan.

Public holidays

No national holiday calendar yet. Closed outlet: a day-off exception per member. Staff who work the holiday for extra pay: keep the normal schedule and add a manual allowance line in the pay period (Pay period).
