Warehouse & locations

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Steps

1. There is no other warehouse screen.
2. Open Settings → Cabang & lokasi. Turn on Pakai beberapa lokasi (multi-location, beta); it applies at once. Without it, or without more than one location, the Transfer Stok page and the location pickers stay hidden.
3. Under Tambah Lokasi fill Nama Lokasi and choose Tipe: Toko (storefront), Dapur (kitchen) or Gudang (warehouse). The Gudang hint reads: holds stock; used in stock transfers. Press Tambah Lokasi. In this example the warehouse shows Tersembunyi dari tamu (hidden from guests; the Publik switch is off).
4. Pick the active location in the location picker in the top bar (e.g. Outlet Kemang). Sales, goods received, counts and usage are recorded at the chosen location.
5. To see one item's stock at every location, press Scan on the Catat Stok tab and scan the item's barcode or QR: the Stok total and Stok per lokasi cards appear with the three latest Pergerakan terakhir.
6. To move stock from the warehouse to an outlet use Pindah antar lokasi. Steps, statuses and the short-stock warning are in the stocking guide, transfers section.
7. To buy into the warehouse, choose it as Outlet tujuan when you create a purchase order (Purchase order lifecycle).
