Labels & scanning

Who it is for: Owner, manager

Label printing steps and where scanning works are already in [user-guides, section 5](../user-guides.md) and the [stocking guide](../stocking/01-ingredients.md). Below is a summary checked against the build 83 screens.

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Steps

  1. On the Bahan tab press Cetak label, tick ingredients (there is Pilih semua), then Cetak label in the bottom bar. The Cetak label sheet opens with the Barang (items) list, a copies stepper per item, and a Pratinjau (preview) with a Label 1 dari 3 pager.
  2. Items without a code are flagged Belum ada kode. Buat kode otomatis creates a unique in-store code (EAN-13) and saves it as the item's barcode; QR and barcode hold the same code.
  3. Choose Tampilan (QR, Barcode, Keduanya = both), Isi label (Nama, Kode, Harga, Satuan; Harga is only enabled with products), and Ukuran (mm): 40 × 30, 50 × 30, 58 × 40, or A4 (3 × 8 labels, browser only).
  4. Cetak ke a printer set up in Pengaturan → Printer, or Cetak / PDF (browser). The total shows in the footer, e.g. 2 label.
  5. To scan, press Scan on the Catat Stok tab. The green Siap scan pill means a USB or Bluetooth scanner works at once; without one press Kamera. The result card shows Stok total, Stok per lokasi, Pergerakan terakhir, and the buttons Barang masuk, Hitung, Pindah, Cetak label.
  6. An unknown code raises Kode tidak dikenal, with Tambahkan ke bahan or Tambahkan ke produk. When one code is on several items, the first is shown.
