Stock card & stock as of a date

Steps

1. Open Gudang & Bahan → Riwayat tab (Riwayat & Audit Stok).
2. Kartu Stok (stock card). Choose Produk / Bahan (default Semua produk dan bahan; products and ingredients are grouped), Jenis (type), Dari and Sampai dates, and, with several locations, the chip Semua lokasi or a single location (e.g. Gudang Utama).
3. Read the table: Waktu, Produk / Bahan, Jenis, Qty (green with +, red with -), Saldo (balance), Oleh (by), Catatan. On narrow screens Oleh and Catatan are dropped from the table and the row is stacked.
4. When you filter by one location the column becomes Saldo semua lokasi with a note: the movements are for the chosen location but the balance is the all-location total.
5. Stok per Tanggal. Pick a Tanggal acuan (not a future date), a Tipe (Produk or Bahan), and type in Cari to filter by name. The location chips apply here too. The Stok per tanggal table has Item, Satuan, Jumlah, Harga Pokok (cost), Nilai (value), Pergerakan Terakhir, and Total Nilai Inventaris below it.

Labels in the Jenis column: Penjualan (sale), Pembelian (purchase order receipt), Batch diterima (manual Barang masuk), Rusak saat terima (damaged on receipt), Stok awal (opening), Penyesuaian (adjustment), Rekonsiliasi, Terbuang (waste), Makan staf, Komplimen, Gagal dibuat (rejected), Produksi masuk, Produksi keluar, Retur refund, Transfer masuk, Transfer keluar, Susut transfer (transfer shrinkage).
