Reservations and Pre-orders
The Reservasi page (Operasional F&B → Reservasi) is the daily guest book with three tabs: Reservasi, Antrean (walk-in waitlist) and Permintaan booking (booking requests). Staff record bookings with Reservasi baru, seat guests with Dudukkan sekarang (opens a bill on the table) and close them Selesai or Tidak datang. Guests can also book themselves on the public booking page without an account: outlet, date and party size, time, table (optional), details, and when required a deposit or a pre-order paid by transfer with an uploaded proof. Those requests land in Permintaan booking to confirm or reject. Settings sit in the Pengaturan section at the bottom of the Reservasi page, per outlet.
