Opening the settings

Operasional F&B → Reservasi, scroll down and open Pengaturan, item Reservasi online (the Pengaturan booking online link on an empty day goes there too). Pick Outlet yang sedang diatur (each outlet is separate; Salin dari outlet lain copies schedule, capacity, payments and terms). Switch on Terima booking online di outlet ini. Nama link publik is one name for Menu, Booking, Hub and QR; changing it changes every shared or printed link. After saving, Link booking outlet ini appears with Salin and Buka; Lihat pratinjau untuk tamu previews what guests see.

Schedule

Bookable days (shortcuts Setiap hari, Sen–Jum, Sab & Min), opening and closing time for bookings, slot interval (15, 30 or 60 min), booking length in minutes (also the default when you confirm), minimum notice in hours and maximum advance in days.

Capacity and tables

Availability comes from your floor plan. Party size min and max (up to 100), Biarkan pelanggan memilih meja (guests pick a table), and Batasi juga booking per slot to cap bookings starting at the same time.

Pay in advance

Minta DP with an amount (guest transfers and uploads proof); Izinkan pra-pesan saat reservasi (guest picks dishes and pays in full by transfer; needs the online menu on and at least one account or instruction); Tahan meja selama menunggu pembayaran (hold time before the table is released); Rekening pembayaran (also used for invoices); payment instructions and an optional QRIS or instruction image (owner only, JPG/PNG up to 2 MB).

Guest communication

Email reminder before the booking (only guests who gave an email), the WhatsApp button and number, and terms shown before the guest sends. Save with Simpan. Without the operational-settings permission the panel is read-only.
