QR Self-Order and the Public Menu
A guest scans the QR on the table, picks dishes on their phone, types a name and taps Kirim pesanan (send order). The order appears on the POS as a Pesan mandiri strip. The cashier taps Terima (it joins the table's bill and goes to the kitchen) or Tolak with a reason. The guest pays at the till as usual. All QR codes live in Pelanggan → Menu online & QR, tab Kode QR (QR Center): switch Self-Order on, create one QR per table and print. The same page holds the QR codes for the other public pages: Link in Bio, Menu Publik (a read-only menu, no ordering), Reservasi and Ulasan & masukan.
