Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

The day view

The Reservasi tab opens today; move with the arrows, Hari ini, the calendar or the week strip (small number = bookings that day); choose Semua lokasi or one outlet top right. Tiles: Booking (with cancellations), Tamu (covers), Duduk (seated), Tidak datang (no-shows). Filters Semua / Akan datang / Duduk / Selesai / Dibatalkan, views Daftar (list) or Linimasa (timeline). Search by name, number or code across all dates. Each row shows time and length, the guest with Tamu baru or Pelanggan lama · {n} kunjungan, phone with a WhatsApp button, code, party, table or Belum ada meja, status, and pre-order or deposit chips.

Creating a booking

Reservasi baru: phone first (+62 prefilled, optional; returning guests are recognised and their name fills in), name, party size, optional email (one reminder only), then date, time, length and an optional table. Buat.

Seating

Dudukkan sekarang opens Dudukkan {name}: pick a free table; the Nama bill (table and guest, shown on the checker, kitchen screen and tickets) can be edited. Confirm: "Berhasil didudukkan. Bill terbuka." The bill appears on the POS. A paid pre-order goes to the kitchen when the guest is seated.

More actions

Aksi lainnya holds, by status: Ubah, Pilih meja, Tidak datang, Selesai, Batalkan reservasi, Pra-pesan & DP, Detail reservasi, Salin untuk CRM. No-show and cancel ask to confirm; a no-show is recorded on the guest and cannot be undone. The details sheet of a public booking includes the guest booking page link with Salin link and Kirim lewat WhatsApp.

Closing past bookings

The amber banner "{n} reservasi lampau masih terbuka" with Tutup semua… opens Tutup reservasi lampau, all ticked: untick any to keep, then Tandai {n} selesai, Tandai {n} tidak datang or Batalkan {n} saja. Completed counts as a visit, no-show is recorded on the guest, cancelled removes the visit. Bookings someone else is editing are skipped and reported.

Walk-in waitlist

The Antrean tab: Tambah antrean with a name and quoted wait; Dudukkan opens a bill; Pergi (left) and Tidak datang.
