Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.
Where orders appear
Table QR orders (and kiosk orders in Konfirmasi kasir dulu mode) appear on the POS as the Pesan mandiri · {count} strip above the cart. Each request is a button with its source label (QR or Kiosk), the guest name and the item count. The strip shows only while requests wait for the current outlet.
Accepting
Tap a request: the Permintaan pesan mandiri dialog shows the guest, items with their notes, and the total, with Tolak and Terima at the bottom. Tap Terima: "Pesanan diterima." The items join the table's open bill (or a new bill when the table has none); the kitchen tickets (and labels, when set up) print on the accepting tablet and the order reaches the kitchen screen like any other. The guest pays later through the table bill (Tagihan Terbuka then Muat, or the floor plan).
Rejecting
Type Alasan penolakan (required, at least two characters, e.g. "Item habis") and tap Tolak. The guest sees Pesanan ditolak.
Errors when accepting
"Buka shift dulu untuk menerima pesanan." (no open shift: start one); "Ada item yang sudah tidak tersedia." (sold out since: reject or ask the guest to reorder); "Permintaan ini sudah kedaluwarsa." (waited too long: guest scans again); "Permintaan ini sudah diproses." (another tablet handled it); "Gagal menerima pesanan. Coba lagi." (connection). If the table's bill is being charged on another tablet, the accept is refused before sending and the dialog stays open: wait or reject.
Service tips
Give one person the strip at busy times; a table can only have one waiting request, so a second order from the same table waits for the first to be handled.
