Setting up table QR codes

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Step 1: open QR Center

Sidebar Pelanggan → Menu online & QR, tab Kode QR. The page is QR Center; two tiles summarise QR pelanggan (customer QR codes) and QR meja (table QR codes).

Step 2: set the public address

The Alamat publik card holds the address every customer QR points to.

Step 3: switch Self-Order on

The Self-Order switch in Pesan Mandiri di Meja is the same flag as Saklar utama self-order in Kiosk Studio: one switch for the whole business, every location, table QR codes and kiosks together. Off means table cards read Dijeda and scanning guests see Pesan-sendiri tidak tersedia ("Silakan pesan di kasir."). Printed codes work again once it is back on.

Step 4: create table QR codes

Tables are grouped by area; each card reads Siap (ready) or Belum ada QR (no QR yet). Buat {n} QR yang belum ada creates every missing one; a single table: open its card, Buat QR. Filter with Semua / Punya QR / Belum ada QR or search.

Step 5: print and stick

• One table: open the card. The dialog shows the sticker preview, the Tautan (link), Cetak, Unduh (Gambar PNG or Vektor SVG for print shops), Bagikan, and Buka seperti pelanggan to test it yourself.
• All tables: Cetak semua ({n}).
• Some tables: tick cards or Pilih semua per area; the bottom bar "{n} meja dipilih" offers Cetak, Unduh ZIP, Salin tautan, Batal. Selected tables without a QR get one before printing.

Replacing or revoking one table's QR

In the table dialog under Kelola QR: Ganti dengan QR baru (confirm Ganti QR; the old printed sticker stops at once) or Cabut QR (the table takes no self-orders until a new QR is made).
