Kitchen (KDS), reports and the public menu

Who it is for: Owner, manager; cashier to sell

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Kitchen (KDS) routing

The product form says it directly: "The bundle itself never goes to a kitchen screen; each item inside it does, by its own station." So:

  • The parent line (the package) never becomes a ticket.
  • Each content line becomes its own ticket, following that content product's own rules: the KDS station chosen on its product (Dapur Kitchen, Bar,...), or the default station for Perlu Dapur products. An Instan product with no station creates no ticket. So make sure every product used as package content has the right station; the rules are in KDS stations (Kitchen / Bar). A "Fried Rice + Iced Tea" package sends the fried rice to the Kitchen and the iced tea to the Bar (if the products are set that way), with no "package" row on any screen.

The Package performance report

Open Laporan (Reports), entry Performa paket. It needs the report-viewing permission. Choose the period at the top like any report.

  • Summary tiles: Paket terjual (Packages sold), PAX terlayani (PAX served), Pendapatan paket (Package revenue), Pendapatan tambahan (Add-on revenue) and Rasio paket (Attach rate).
  • The Paket table, one row per package, with Terjual (Sold), PAX, Pendapatan (Revenue), Tambahan (Add-ons), Dikembalikan (Refunded, count and value, or a dash if none) and Rasio paket. Click a column title to sort; the default is highest revenue first.
  • Pilihan terpopuler (Most popular picks): tap it under a package name to see, per slot, the options guests chose most with counts ("33x").
  • Ekspor CSV downloads the table.

Reading the numbers (from the server definitions):

  • Terjual: number of packages; for per-person packages, the number of package lines. PAX is the guest count.
  • Pendapatan: what was charged for the package, the parent line plus its content lines. Tambahan is the part of that which came from option surcharges.
  • Rasio paket (attach rate): the percentage of transactions in the period that contain the package, on a scale of 0 to 100. The tile figure is the average over all packages, weighted by units sold.
  • Dikembalikan: approved refunds.

Revenue allocation per component: in the product and category reports a package's revenue is split over its contents by list price x quantity (rounding is shared out so the sum is exact), and the package line itself is not counted again. So the dishes inside a package no longer show Rp 0. Packages sold before this update keep their revenue on the package line so history does not lose money.

The public (QR) menu

The guest menu shows a Paket (Packages) section ("Set menus with choices. Ask the staff to order one.") before the category list.

  • A package card: name, price, a Per orang (Per person) tag for per-PAX packages, Tersedia sekarang (Available now) when it can be sold, or its schedule (days, hours, and a "past midnight" note when needed), Setiap hari (Every day) when unrestricted, and the bonus.
  • Tap the card ("See what {name} includes") for the detail sheet: Sudah termasuk (Includes, the bonus), each slot with "Pick 1" (or "Pick 1 to 2", "Pick up to 3") and its options ("Included" or a surcharge).
  • The note at the bottom: "To order a package, tell the cashier or your server." Guests cannot order packages from the public menu.
  • If packages fail to load, the guest sees "Packages could not be loaded." with a Try again button; the rest of the menu still shows.
