Three worked examples

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Product names, categories and prices below are examples (demo menu), not any business's data. Replace them with your menu.

Example A: fixed package "Nasi Goreng Saikoro + Es Teh"

One price, two items, no choices. Good for a value deal.

1. Produk (Products), Buat Paket.
2. Step 1: Nama paket "Nasi Goreng Saikoro + Es Teh", Harga paket 42000 (the separate prices are 38,000 + 8,000 = 46,000, so the guest saves 4,000). Skip the template, or choose Paket set menu.
3. Step 2: leave everything empty (sold all day).
4. Step 3: tap Tambah item tetap, Pilih produk, choose "Nasi Goreng Saikoro". Tap Tambah item tetap again, choose "Es Teh". Quantity stays 1.
5. Step 4: the summary reads "1 Nasi Goreng Saikoro + 1 Es Teh · Rp 42.000 · Setiap hari". Selesai, lanjut ke formulir, then Simpan.
6. At the POS this package does not open a dialog: tap the card and it goes straight into the cart with its two content lines underneath.

Example B: "1 Main Course + 1 Drink" with category slots

The guest picks one main and one drink from the whole matching menu, even though the mains are spread over several categories.

1. Step 1: Nama paket "Paket Makan Siang", Harga paket 55000.
2. Step 3: tap Tambah slot kategori. Nama pilihan "Main Course". On the category row tap Pilih kategori, tick Makanan Berat, Selesai. Leave Tamu memilih at 1.
3. A category row has one surcharge for every product in it, so pasta gets its own row: tap Tambah kategori, choose Pasta, and fill +Rp 5000.
4. Tap Tambah slot kategori again. Nama pilihan "Drink", two rows: Minuman Dingin (no surcharge) and Kopi (+Rp 8000).
5. Lanjut to Tinjau: "1 Main Course + 1 Drink · Rp 55.000 · Setiap hari". Selesai, lanjut ke formulir, Simpan.
6. At the POS the guest picks one from each slot. Spaghetti Bolognese (+5,000) and Kopi Susu Gula Aren (+8,000) make the total Rp 68,000.

Example C: per-PAX group package "Group Chat", Rp99,000 per person

The price multiplies by the guest count, each guest picks one main and one drink, Friday and Saturday nights only.

1. Step 1: choose the template Paket per orang (turns on per-person pricing and creates the Main Course and Drink slots). Nama paket "Group Chat", Harga per orang 99000, Bonus "Welcome drink for every guest".
2. Step 2: tap Jum and Sab, Dari 22:00, Sampai 02:00 (past midnight, counted to the start day).
3. Step 3: the template already filled categories whose names matched (in this example Makanan Berat, Minuman Dingin and Kopi); add what is missing, e.g. Pasta to Main Course. There is no discount button, only surcharge.
4. Tinjau, Selesai, lanjut ke formulir, Simpan.
5. At the POS, Tamu (PAX) sets the guest count. For 3 guests each slot becomes "Pick 3" and the package total is Rp 297,000 (3 x 99,000).
