Kitchen Rush (late-order alarm)

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Two different things

• Cepatkan (double chevron, CEPATKAN badge; "Expedite" in the English UI): a manual mark. Staff flag one order urgent and can clear it.
• SEGERA (red flame; "Rush" in English): automatic Kitchen Rush, derived from the clock. A Baru or Diproses order waiting longer than its station's limit turns red with a red ring, a SEGERA chip and a pulsing timer. Orders already Siap, or cancelled, are excluded.

What staff see

1. A card entering Rush gets the red ring and SEGERA chip. The column header shows the count ("1 Segera", a flame beside the column count).
2. The alarm sounds once when an order enters Rush (orders entering close together share one ring), then reminds every 3 minutes while any un-silenced Rush order remains. An order more than 60 minutes past its limit stops ringing reminders and stays red only. A freshly opened board, a station change or a reconnect does not ring for orders already there.
3. To silence one order's alarm, tap its SEGERA chip ("Over the time limit. Tap to silence the alarm until it leaves Rush."). The chip shows a crossed-out bell and that order's alarm is silenced.
4. The first time a board opens there is a once-per-device note: "Kitchen Rush is on: orders waiting more than {n} min (kitchen) / {n} min (bar) turn red with a flame and an alarm." Tap Mengerti to dismiss.

Setting the minutes (owner)

1. Open Pengaturan → Stasiun dapur (KDS). The Kitchen Rush section sits above the station list. Only the owner can change it.
2. Four settings: Kitchen Rush (Aktif/Mati), Suara alarm (alarm sound), Dapur: setelah N menit (Kitchen: after N minutes), Bar: setelah N menit. Minutes must be whole numbers from 5 to 180.
3. Defaults: on, sound on, Kitchen 30 minutes, Bar 15 minutes. KDS screens pick up changes within 5 minutes.
4. Stations tagged bar, beverage, drinks, minuman, coffee or kopi use the Bar limit; every other station uses the Dapur limit.

Card timer colours use separate limits: Kitchen turns amber at 20 minutes and red at 30; Bar amber at 10 and red at 15.
