The quick count sheet

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Steps

1. Open Gudang & Bahan → Catat Stok → the Hitung stok card. Without the Input stok aktual permission the card is locked with a note to ask a manager for it.
2. The Hitung stok sheet opens. Under the title: Menghitung di: (location); in a multi-location business a count changes only that location's stock.
3. Find an ingredient with Cari bahan… or scan it (Siap scan pill or Kamera). Filters: Belum dihitung (not yet counted) and Semua. Each row shows the Di aplikasi (in-app) stock and an input in the purchase unit.
4. Enter what is really on the shelf. Empty rows are left unchanged. A hint under the field reads hitungan pertama (first count), tidak berubah (no change) or the delta such as "+0.5 kg". Enter moves to the next row.
5. Press Simpan N hitungan. A toast says the stock was updated. If some rows fail they stay filled with the reason so you can save again.
