Steps

1. Open Gudang & Bahan → Catat Stok → Hitung stok per tim. The Hitung Stok (Opname) page shows a four-step bar: Yang dihitung (what to count) · Tim & tanggal (team and date) · Hitung (count) · Selesai (done). Multi-location businesses see Menghitung di: (location).
2. Step 1, "What do you want to count today?": Produk (barang jual) (counted per stock team) or Bahan (ingredients) (counted for a date). An unavailable card says why.
3. Step 2. Products: Pilih tim kamu (skipped when there is only one team). Ingredients: Tanggal berapa yang dihitung?; the variance is booked on that date.
4. Step 3. The Sebelum menyimpan box reminds you: enter physical quantities (the system computes the variance), other teams and other days are not affected, and the count can be edited again the same day. Scan with Siap scan or Kamera.
   • Products: two inputs per product, Stok produksi (awal) (opening stock) and Stok fisik (akhir) (physical count).
   • Ingredients: a table with Bahan, Awal, Masuk, Keluar, Sistem, Hitung Fisik, Selisih, Status. Fill Hitung Fisik; Terapkan saves one row; Terapkan semua saves every filled row after the confirmation "Terapkan rekonsiliasi bahan baku?".
5. Press Simpan & selesai (for products enabled once something is entered). Kembali with unsaved entries asks whether to discard them (Lanjutkan menghitung or Kembali).
6. Step 4: Perhitungan tercatat, the variance was recorded as a stock adjustment. Buttons: Lihat di Riwayat & Audit, Hitung lagi, and for products Ajukan koreksi; all open History → Rekonsiliasi.
