Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

What Sansflow computes. Base pay, recurring lines, loans, unpaid leave and payments. It does not compute PPh21 (TER), BPJS contributions or THR; enter them yourself or take them from an accountant or a payroll app (e.g. Talenta, Gadjian).

BPJS and PPh21. Add − lines with Dasar per periode on the pay profile; end-date the old line and add a new one when the amount changes.

THR. A + "THR" manual line in the period it is paid; prorate by hand for staff with less than a year.

Exports. Rekap Bulanan → Ekspor payroll, Ekspor CSV (attendance recap), payslip Cetak A4 to PDF, and the cashflow and P&L entries from Catat pembayaran. The employee code column helps match rows in the payroll app; if empty, match by name.

Suggested flow with Talenta or Gadjian. Review flagged attendance, export, compute tax, BPJS and overtime there, enter the results as lines in the Sansflow period, approve and record the payment.

Mistakes. "Perkiraan gaji" in the CSV is an estimate, not final pay; unreviewed hours are not counted.
