Monthly budget

Who it is for: Owner, manager

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Steps

  1. Open Keuangan → Anggaran. Pick the month in the date field; beside it a period status badge such as Draf, v1, Dasar, and a three-dot Aksi periode (period actions) button.
  2. The gauge on the left shows total usage (e.g. 91%), dari (of) the total budget, Sisa (remaining) and the end-of-month Proyeksi (projection from the daily spend rate; current month only). On the right: Kategori yang perlu perhatian (categories needing attention) and, if any, Kategori pengeluaran tanpa pemetaan (recorded expenses no budget category claims).
  3. Rincian per kategori: Kategori, Pemakaian (bar and status Mendekati near / Melebihi anggaran over, with "Peringatan: N%"), Anggaran, Aktual, Terikat (committed: unpaid recurring costs due this month), Perkiraan (forecast), Sisa, Selisih (variance).
  4. Ubah anggaran: enter a monthly amount per category and a warning threshold per category (default 80%; set Ambang peringatan default first). Empty an amount to remove that category's budget. The "Perubahan belum disimpan" bar has Simpan and Batalkan.
  5. Aksi periode: Salin dari periode sebelumnya (copy from previous), Setujui (approve), Kunci (lock), Buka kembali ke draft (reopen). Period status: Draf, Disetujui, Terkunci, Arsip. An approved or locked period is read-only until reopened.
  6. The same editor is available in Cashflow → Settings → Anggaran Bulanan (one amount per category), and an Anggaran vs Realisasi card appears in Cashflow, the Finance dashboard and Profit & Loss.
