Offline, sync queue and restoring an order

Who it is for: Cashier, waiter

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

When the internet drops

The status in the top bar becomes Offline and an orange pill appears ("Offline · 2 penjualan menunggu sinkron"); the catalogue shows from cache. Sales can still be paid ("Penjualan tersimpan offline, akan otomatis disinkronkan saat online"); bills can be saved too. Receipts of queued sales are marked BELUM TERSINKRON. A few things need internet: editing a bill that already lives on the server, and the Diskon bill field. When the connection returns the device sends the queue itself; do not ring the sale again.

Sync queue

A small strip shows the number of waiting items with Lihat and Sinkron sekarang. Lihat opens Antrian sinkron: each row has an id (OFFLINE-…), its kind (Transaksi or Bill), age, Percobaan (attempts) and, if stuck, Perlu perhatian with the reason. The trash icon asks Buang item ini? and deletes the queue item permanently from this device (the action is logged for the owner); only discard a confirmed duplicate or invalid item.

Ending a shift with a queue

Akhiri Shift warns about unsynced sales; queued sales still land on the shift they were rung on, even if it is closed.

Pulihkan pesanan?

If the POS closes or reloads while the cart has items, the next open shows Pulihkan pesanan? ("Anda memiliki pesanan yang belum disimpan..."). Pulihkan restores the cart (with order type and bill name); Buang deletes it. Drafts are kept for less than 8 hours and are also stored in the cloud, so another device can restore them. If the cart was in fact already charged (e.g. the slip printed and the app reloaded), the POS first looks for that sale: if found, the old cart is dropped with "Pesanan sudah tercatat ({order}), keranjang lama tidak dipulihkan"; if not found, you are offered the restore and the next charge reuses the same sale key, so the server does not record it twice.
