Bills, discounts and splitting

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Simpan Tagihan (open bill)

Fill the cart and tap Simpan Tagihan. The Simpan bill sheet asks for a table (Kartu or Denah view) or Tanpa meja / Takeaway with a free name (GoFood, GrabFood, a guest name), plus an optional Nama bill. An empty bill is refused. An occupied table shows "Meja sudah ditempati": Tambah ke bill yang ada or Pilih meja lain. After saving, "Disimpan ke {table}" appears.

Tagihan Terbuka

The Tagihan Terbuka icon in the cart header (with a count) lists tables or names, bill numbers, portions, owner, total and age (red when old), with search by name, number, table or customer. Muat loads a bill into the cart; the printer icon prints it. With a bill loaded the bottom buttons become Simpan Ulang, Tutup Tagihan (pay), Lepas Bill (unload without saving), Cetak Bill and Batalkan. Items already saved are tagged "Tersimpan".

Bill discount

Set in the Simpan bill sheet: Diskon bill ("Rupiah atau %") with Alasan (opsional). The field only shows for roles with the discount permission, and only online; it cannot exceed the subtotal. After applying, "Diskon Rp {amount} diterapkan ke bill ini" appears and Rincian gets a green Diskon bill row with edit and delete icons. Other promotions are chosen at payment with Terapkan Promosi.

Splitting a bill

Open Denah Lantai (floor-plan icon in the cart header), pick an occupied table: Pindah meja, Gabung meja, Bagi bill, Tutup tanpa bayar (walk-out, recorded as a loss). Bagi bill opens Pecah jadi bill terpisah in three steps (Tamu, Assign, Preview): in Assign every item has a counter per group (G1, G2) and a "left over" count; Lanjut is enabled once everything is assigned.
