Voucher codes

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Shareable discount codes such as DISKON20, typed in at the till.

Turning them on

Pelanggan → Promosi, tab Voucher, card Di kasir: switch on Terima kode voucher di kasir (shows the voucher field on the payment screen).

Creating a voucher

Buat voucher: name and Kode (3 to 24 letters or digits, unique), Persen or Nominal and the value, minimum spend (on the menu subtotal), total quota and per-guest quota (empty = unlimited; a per-guest quota makes the cashier pick the guest), start and end. Save.

List and usage

Code, name, discount, minimum, validity, times used, status; open one to edit it or see its usage.

At the till

The cashier types the code in the payment dialog; it is refused before its start, after its end, when its quota is used up, or below the minimum spend.
