Gift card

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Sell, check and manage gift cards; the unspent balance is a liability, not revenue.

Setting up

Pelanggan → Promosi, tab Gift card: switch on Terima gift card di kasir (adds the Gift card payment method and the gift-card product), then Siapkan produk Gift Card (an open-priced "Gift Card" product; the cashier types the amount).

Selling

At the till: add Gift Card, type the amount, take payment. In the back office: Terbitkan gift card with an amount, an optional card code (to activate a printed card; blank = generated), optional expiry and a note.

Redeeming

In Pembayaran, pick Gift card, type or scan the code, Cek saldo; the balance goes down. It is refused when not found, empty, expired or deactivated. A refund to a gift card puts the balance back.

Balances and corrections

Tiles: unspent balance (liability) and active cards with a balance. Table: code, balance, initial amount, status, where sold, issued, expiry. A card's detail shows its balance history and Koreksi saldo (positive adds, negative removes, reason required). The gift-card report is in the report hub.
