Comps
The Komplimen tab makes free vouchers with fixed items and a QR code for KOLs and invited guests. Buat Komplimen, choose who and which items, save, share the QR. At the till, Scan QR Komplimen (or type the code); the items are locked as the owner set them; Konfirmasi Komplimen creates the comp order. An unused voucher can be cancelled (Batalkan, optional reason) and then never redeemed. Tabs: overview, active, history, analytics, activity. Comp costs also show in the location report and the decision centre.
Promotion reports
Analitik Promosi (each promotion's use and results) and Dasbor diskon (every discount on completed sales: promotions, manual bill discounts, item discounts, points and referral balance). Both are in the report hub and need revenue access.
