Cash control and ending a shift

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Cash control (cash in or out mid-shift)

In the POS: Lainnya (⋯) → Kontrol Kas. The left card shows Kas Laci Saat Ini with its parts (Modal Awal, Penjualan Tunai, Kas Masuk, Kas Keluar) and Pergerakan Terakhir. Choose Kas Masuk (add) or Kas Keluar (take), type the Jumlah, fill in the mandatory Catatan (wajib) and tap Catat Pergerakan.

Ending a shift

1. Tap Akhiri Shift at the top right of the POS.
2. With open bills the dialog first warns ("Anda masih memiliki {n} bill terbuka...") and lists the tables handed over to the next cashier, which are not closed automatically. Tap Tetap Akhiri Shift or Batal.
3. Count the drawer and type Kas Akhir. Optional: Tambah catatan serah terima for the next cashier. Unsynced sales trigger "sambungkan internet sebelum menutup shift".
4. Tap Tinjau Hitungan. The review shows a large coloured Selisih (Lebih over / Kurang short), then Kas Awal, Penjualan Tunai, Refund Tunai if any, Kas Masuk (+), Kas Keluar (-), Kas Diharapkan and Kas Aktual. Roles without finance permission only see "Detail keuangan disembunyikan untuk peran Anda."
5. A count of Rp 0 asks you to tick Ya, laci kas memang kosong; a closed shift cannot be used for selling.
6. Tap Konfirmasi & Akhiri Shift. Ringkasan Shift shows the result and items sold; Cetak Thermal and Cetak detail pesanan print, Kembali closes, and a countdown returns you to the dashboard.

Clock out too?

After closing, members still clocked in see Absen pulang juga? with Absen pulang ("Absen pulang tercatat"). Not offered when photos are required or the session is past the open-session limit. Closing a shift never clocks you out by itself.

Reading the difference

Kas Diharapkan is built from Kas Awal, Penjualan Tunai, Refund Tunai, Kas Masuk (+) and Kas Keluar (-), as listed on the review screen. Selisih = actual − expected: positive Lebih, negative Kurang, zero OK / Pas. Venues without a drawer close without the counting step.
