Categories, hiding, bulk actions, import

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

Categories

1. Tap Kelola Kategori ("Add, rename, or remove product categories.").
2. Type Nama kategori baru and tap Buat kategori baru. Drag the handle or use the arrows to reorder; pencil = Ubah nama (rename); bin = Hapus kategori.
3. Deleting a category still in use shows "Kategori sedang digunakan": products move to Uncategorized (Pindahkan ke Tanpa Kategori & hapus).

Hiding a product

• Deactivate: on the product row tap Lainnya (More), then Nonaktifkan Produk. "It will be hidden from the cashier, but past transactions stay intact and you can Reactivate it any time." Inactive products appear via the Tampilkan nonaktif chip or the Nonaktif tile, with an Aktifkan Kembali button.
• Arsipkan (bulk) also deactivates. A product used as an ingredient in another recipe is refused: "Can't archive, used in another recipe."
• Habis (86): the circle-slash icon on a row, Tandai Habis (86), hides the item from sale temporarily without deactivating it; there are Habis sampai akhir hari (until end of day) and Tandai Tersedia. It can be per outlet (Khusus outlet, Hapus penyesuaian).

Bulk actions

Tick several products; the bottom bar shows "{n} selected" with Cetak label, Aktifkan, Arsipkan, Set kategori, Set stasiun KDS, Sesuaikan harga, Set ambang stok rendah. Sesuaikan harga has three modes: Set menjadi (set to), Ubah dengan %, Ubah dengan nominal (by amount); the dialog shows the new price range before Terapkan.

Bulk import

Tap Impor. Upload CSV or Excel (max 5 MB, 5000 rows). Three steps: Unggah, Tinjau, Hasil. On-screen tip: export your current list first, it doubles as the template. Choose what happens when a match exists: Lewati yang sudah ada (skip) or Perbarui data yang sudah ada (update); tick "Buat kategori yang belum ada secara otomatis" if needed. Columns recognised in code: name (required), sku, barcode, category, price, cost_price, stock, low_stock_threshold, is_active, is_favorite, allow_dine_in, allow_takeaway, allow_online, is_flexible_price, production_type, kds_tag, recipe_yield.
