Steps (what you see)
- When the internet drops the POS status bar says Offline. The pill at the top reads "Offline · 2 penjualan menunggu sinkron" once something is queued; with nothing queued it only says Offline. Hovering shows "Offline Mode, Changes will be saved locally and synced when connection returns".
- Carry on as usual. Paying shows the toast "Sale saved offline, will sync automatically when back online" (Indonesian: "Penjualan tersimpan offline..."). Saving a bill shows "Bill saved offline, will sync when back online". The receipt of a queued sale is marked BELUM TERSINKRON (not yet synced).
- When the internet returns the pill reads "Back Online, Syncing data..." and the device sends the queue by itself. Sinkron sekarang (Sync now, enabled only while online) forces it.
- The pill carries one count per kind: "{n} sales waiting to sync" for sales and bills, and "{n} kitchen taps waiting to send" for queued kitchen-screen taps. An orange dot or a triangle beside Lihat (View) means an item is Perlu perhatian (The sync queue, Perlu perhatian and stuck items).
- Sales made offline are marked in Transaksi: the Luring badge, the Hanya Luring filter, and "Recorded offline, synced later" in the detail.
A sale is never doubled
A resend under the same key is recognised by the server as the same sale, so pressing Sinkron sekarang repeatedly or losing signal mid-send does not create two records. The same holds when the internet is up but the server is slow: the sale is written to the device first, the receipt does not wait long, and if the server has not answered the sale joins the queue and shows as waiting to sync.
