Steps
- Open Keuangan → Arus Kas; the Ringkasan tab opens. Pick a period: 7 hari, 30 hari, Bulan ini (this month) or a custom range. The account chip row (Semua, then each account with its balance) filters the whole page by account.
- Read the cards: Kas masuk operasi, Kas keluar operasi, Kas bersih operasi; Pendanaan bersih (owner capital in or out, "not operating profit"); Perubahan kas bersih (change in cash, "not profit"). Transfers between accounts do not change net cash. A yellow banner appears when the period is negative.
- The chart Arus Kas Harian has a Harian / Bulanan switch and Lihat sebagai tabel. Below: Anggaran vs Realisasi (bulan ini), Wawasan AI (runs only when you press Analisis dengan AI) and Pengeluaran per divisi (managers only).
- The Entri tab lists everything (Daftar Entri): date, type, category, description, account, amount, with Pemasukan / Pengeluaran filter chips and paging. Rows tagged otomatis, Payroll or Pembelian come from the system; the trash icon exists only on manual rows.
- Tambah Entri: Tipe (Pemasukan income or Pengeluaran expense), Kategori, Divisi (optional), Jumlah (IDR), Deskripsi, Tanggal, Akun (default: the default cash account) and Struk / lampiran (PDF or image, 5 MB max). Press Simpan.
