Adding and setting up outlets

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

1. Switch multi-location on

Pengaturan → Bisnis → Outlet, Multi-lokasi (beta), Pakai beberapa lokasi (shows the location editor and Stock Transfer; instant). Every outlet and warehouse keeps its own stock balance; sales, receiving, counts and usage are recorded at the location picked in the top bar.

2. Add a location

Under Tambah Lokasi, type the name and pick the type: Toko (sells to guests, shows on the POS and, when public, on your pages), Dapur (prepares for other locations), Gudang (holds stock for transfers). Tap Tambah Lokasi. Extra outlets are billed per outlet on your plan.

3. Set up each location

Each row: Publik (shown on menu and booking pages) or hidden, Lokasi di peta (pin, search, current position or a Google Maps link), Di struk (outlet receipt identity or the business's), Gambar QRIS (own or business), Jam buka, and the ... menu: rename or retype, make main, deactivate.

Deactivating

Nonaktifkan hides it from the POS, pickers and public pages; history stays in reports and it can be reactivated. Close its open bills and shifts first.

After creating an outlet

Assign staff, set up printers and tablets there, set outlet prices if needed, tax per outlet, and online booking per outlet.
