The guest flow and kiosk orders

Labels in bold are written exactly as they appear in the app.

The guest flow

1. Attract screen: greeting, logo, Sentuh untuk mulai (touch to start), Pindai kode member when member scan is on, and the ID / EN language switch.
2. Order type: Makan di sini or Bawa pulang (skipped when the tablet is fixed to one); Nomor meja Anda? when a table number is requested (Lewati skips).
3. Menu: categories on the left, REKOMENDASI on top, + on each item, HABIS for sold out; the order type can be changed top right.
4. Periksa pesanan: items, TOTAL, the note that promos and member points apply at payment, then Pilih pembayaran.
5. Bagaimana Anda ingin membayar?: Bayar di sini (QRIS) (only with pay-at-kiosk on) or Bayar di kasir (take the queue number to the till).
6. NOMOR ANTRIAN ANDA: a large queue number, items, total, Selesai. Without a kiosk printer: Tunjukkan nomor ini ke kasir (the guest may photograph the screen). Left idle mid-order, the kiosk asks Masih di sini? (Ya, masih) and otherwise resets to the attract screen.

Where kiosk orders go

• Konfirmasi kasir dulu + pay at the till: a Pesan mandiri strip on the POS labelled Kiosk; the cashier taps Terima and charges it like any bill.
• Langsung ke dapur: straight to the kitchen screen; a pay-at-till guest still pays at the till.
• Paid by QRIS at the kiosk: already paid, then routed as configured. The cashier finds the order by the queue number the guest shows.

Printing kiosk orders automatically

Kiosk orders that go straight to the kitchen or are paid by QRIS can print on one till tablet: Pengaturan → Perangkat → Printer & perangkat, card Pesanan otomatis dari kiosk & online, switch on Cetak di tablet ini and Kiosk, on ONE tablet only. Orders accepted by a cashier always print on the accepting tablet.
